I've spent 15+ years building things that work. T•REC PRODUCTIONS started as a video production business—directing, filming, editing everything from training materials to executive communications to event coverage. That hands-on production work taught me how to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives.

In federal public service at CRA, I built comprehensive SharePoint ecosystems, databases, portals, and project management systems that centralized knowledge and improved operational efficiency. I pioneered AI-powered solutions for content creation, meeting synthesis, and workflow automation, leading organizational AI adoption through vanguard initiatives.

As union leadership with UTE Local 10008 and PSAC, I organized campaigns, built member engagement systems, and fought for worker rights. That work grounded me in the reality that technology serves people, not the other way around.

Now I design and build complete web applications with bilingual internationalization, responsive design, and modern tech stacks from concept to deployment. I work across contexts—federal public service, union leadership, video production business, and independent product development—bringing the same commitment to quality and clarity everywhere.

Principles

  • Build for real use. Every system, video, or application should solve an actual problem for actual people.
  • Clarity over complexity. Simple solutions that work beat elaborate systems that confuse.
  • Bilingual by default. Canadian work means Canadian languages. Both matter equally.

Commitments

I bring the same intensity to equity and inclusion as I do to technical work. Accessibility isn't an add-on—it's a baseline requirement. Union organizing taught me that power imbalances don't fix themselves, and that solidarity requires action not just sentiment. When I build something, it works for everyone or it doesn't ship.
